DELIVERY
Delivery is included in the price for each item to all orders going out for South Africa only.
Orders outside of South Africa will be quoted for on request.
Furniture and toys arrive already assembled and ready for us, unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING TIMES
The products will arrive 2 - 3 weeks after date of order. Products are made to order and the studio requires a 10 day manufacturing time and then 3 – 7 days for delivery depending on address distance from Cape Town.
Transit time is in business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Please allow additional time for orders shipping outside the main city centers. Delivery hours are between 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Please note that orders are only activated once we have received confirmation of your payment and the payment has cleared. The manufacturing time is calculated from payment clearance date.
DELIVERY LIABILITY
DoveTail Studio assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal.
